All you need is love & granola 🎶 🌹❤️ To prepare for Valentine’s Day, give yourself some love by feeding your body as well as your heart with soulful products.

Ingredients: for 2 bowls

  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup cubed chilled cooked beets
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • ½ cup almond milk

Directions:

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients, starting with milk and yogurt, and pulse a few times to blend until creamy, add a little more milk as needed.
  • Divide the mixture between two bowls and top with toppings.
