Here is an excellent recipe to fill up on vitamins with a wonderful pairing of fruits and vegetables. Top it with a little granola and you get a healthy and refreshing snack or breakfast!
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)
The recipe
- Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- Top with Zen Grand Granola!
