Green smoothie: banana, mango, cucumber, spinach & mint

Here is an excellent recipe to fill up on vitamins with a wonderful pairing of fruits and vegetables. Top it with a little granola and you get a healthy and refreshing snack or breakfast!


  • ¾ cup milk of your choice 
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas 
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango 
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber 
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger 
  • 5 fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)

The recipe

  1. Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth. 
  2. Top with Zen Grand Granola
