Cranberries raspberries smoothie

A vitamin boost is always welcome, and cranberries and raspberries are full of vitamins! Vitamin C, carotenoids, flavonoids, polyphenols…an antioxidant cocktail that will prevent illnesses and keep you healthy.

For a nourishing, satisfying breakfast that includes all the fibre, carbohydrates and healthy fats you need to start your day, here’s a recipe that includes your favourite granola!

Preparation: 10 minutes 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • ¾ cup almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • 1/3 cup Nutbrown Aphrodisiac

The recipe

  1. Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Top with raspberries, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, chia seeds and Nutbrown Aphrodisiac!
