Satisfaction of our products returns and refunds
For any return or refund request, please contact us by email at [email protected] making sure to indicate your order number and a short explanation of your dissatisfaction about our product.
If the product does not comply with your order (quality issues, wrong reference received, defective packaging,…) please submit your refund request within 15 days of receiving your order. You will receive a return slip to send the product back to us for the refund of your order. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 15 working days following the receipt of the returned products, if the conditions are respected, on the same method of payment used when ordering.
We will not accept refund requests if the returned bag is opened, except in the case of an obvious product defect.
