Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Cookies
- Mix the wet ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl and add them to the wet ingredients.
- Then, add the white chocolate.
- Make approximately 16 small balls (1 tablespoon each) and place them on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Press lightly on each ball and bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
- For the icing: Beat all ingredients together with a hand mixer until creamy! Spread on the cooled cookies.
